Fresh appeal for wanted man
A FRESH appeal has been launched to track down a man who has been on the run since 2008.
Mohammed Rafique was living in the Cowley area when it is alleged that he seriously sexually assaulted a seven-year-old girl on June 25, 2008.
The 54-year-old was arrested and questioned but failed to answer police bail.
Detectives believe he still has links to Cowley and may be in the Birmingham area.
