Older people’s issues meeting

OXFORD: A meeting discussing older people’s issues will be held today.

The north east area forum, which will be held at Oxford Town Hall, has been at the heart of a controversy after it was announced it would be held two miles away from the area of the city it serves.

The meeting will hear views on how life can be made better for older people living in the Marston, Quarry and Risinghurst, Barton and Sandhills, Headington Hill and Northway, Headington, Marston and Churchill wards. It starts at 1.30pm.
