Carly Billingham, 22, of Lakefield Road, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted stealing four cheques worth £1,400 in Oxfordshire on December 20, 2010. Given 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £85 costs.

Gary Buckel, 32, of Cooper Piece, Wallingford, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, on January 24 in Oxford. Fined £200 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Babar Ali, 31, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Speedwell Street, Oxford on February 11. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Stuart Gallacher, 47, of Pike Terrace, Oxford, admitted breaching an antisocial behaviour order in High Street, Oxford, on March 19 by consuming alcohol in a public place. Also admitted committing another offence while subject to a suspended sentence made on February 18 for breaching an antisocial behaviour order. Given 10-week prison sentence.

Andrew Robinson, 48, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Leys Pharmacy in Cowley Road, Oxford, on January 25 and being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Oxford on March 21. Fined £300 and told to pay £40 victims’ surcharge.

Nancy Rodrigues, 74, of Meadow Way, Didcot, admitted failing to stop after a road accident, failing to report a road accident and driving without due care and attention in Wantage Road, Didcot on December 24 Fined £130 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given five points on licence.

Russell Taylor, 38, of Barton Village Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted drink driving in London Road, Headington, on October 6. Had 208mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Fined £300 and told to pay £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 36-month driving ban.

Gabriel Chamberlain, 39, of O’Hanlon House, Speedwell Street, Oxford, convicted of stealing a pedal-cycle worth £450 in George Street, Oxford, on August 22 and failing to surrender to magistrates on March 19 and March 21. Community order made with five-day activity requirement, three-month curfew and supervision requirement. Told to pay £450 compensation and £60 victims’ surcharge.

Robert Rowse, 27, of William Lucy Way, West Oxford, convicted of failing to give information as to a driver’s identity to South Oxfordshire District Council between January 26 and February 15. Fined £110 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Jodie West, 32, of Berkley Road, Thame, convicted of assault by beating in High Street, Oxford, on May 12. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £325 costs.

Umar Zia, 34, of Heath Close, Headington, Oxford, convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in London Road, Oxford, on August 30. Fined £300 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £650 costs. Given three points on licence.

Jason Connerty, 27, of The Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted stealing a bottle of vodka worth £10.99 on February 14 and a bottle of whisky from B&M Bargains, Kings Park, Limborough Road, Wantage. Community order made with four-day restorative justice course, 30-day thinking skills course and 12-month supervision requirement.

George Gatuku, 33, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Old Abingdon Road on March 3. Had 102 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Community order made with 120-hour unpaid work, told to pay £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and given 36-month driving ban.

BANBURY

Lee Cowley, 31, of Wimborne Avenue, Banbury, admitted drink driving on March 2 in Park Road, Banbury. Had 104 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £275, told to pay £28 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs and given 24-month driving ban.

Matthew Richards, 21, of Bath Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on March 2 in High Street, Banbury. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Jennifer Sheehan, 21, of Hailey Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to provide a specimen to police in Banbury on March 3. Fined £260 and told to pay £26 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 12-month driving ban.

Daniel Welham, 22, of Edward Road, Kennington, Oxford, admitted stealing jewellery worth £200 in Coach House Mews, Bicester, between January 1 and February 13 and stealing a sat nav worth £150 between February 6 and February 13 in Rochford Gardens, Bicester. Community order made with 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Told to pay £200 compensation, £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jack Allen, 19, of Midway, Middleton Cheney, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Orchard Way, Banbury, on March 5 and in Upper Heyford on January 27. Given 12-month conditional discharge. Told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs.

Aaron French, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in George Street, Banbury, on February 17. Community order made with two-month curfew requirement. Told to pay £150 compensation, £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Kerry Hooper, 36, of Chorefields, Kidlington, admitted stealing £2,553 from his employer, O’Gormans Ltd, of Sheep Street, Bicester, between June 15 and November 25. Given eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. Told to pay £2,553 compensation, £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Martinez, 22, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm in Sheep Street, Bicester, and causing criminal damage in Banbury Police Station on September 7. Given 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £1,600 compensation and £85 costs.

Laurie Freeman, 24, of Ferris Cottage, Sibford Ferris, near Banbury, admitted owning a dog which worried livestock at Belle Isle Farm, Hook Norton, on January 14. Fined £100 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.

Adam Griffin, 26, of Meadow End, Fulbrook, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, on January 26 in Witney. Fined £100 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.

Christopher Williams, 26, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Newport Close, Kidlington, on February 17. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.
