Handed a 14-month driving ban.

George Gallagher, 21, of Byron Way, Bicester, admitted wilfully obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty in Sheep Street, Bicester, on January 12. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in the same street on the same date. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ian Jones, 60, of Montserrat, West Parade, Bexhill-on-Sea, admitted making 38 indecent photographs of children on his Dell Inspiron laptop in Oakmead, Witney, on May 17, 2015. Also admitted making three indecent photographs of children on July 21, 2015. Handed a community order, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Jordan Moore, 21, of Station Approach, Banbury, admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 6. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Zaheeb Bokhara, 20, of Howard Street, Oxford, was convicted of stealing a Samsung Galaxy S6 on September 18. 2015. Jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay £175 compensation, a 3115 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Ashlee Kelly Tyler, 28, of Whitelock Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing groceries, together with Emily Rose Teagle, to the value of £30.31 from Buckland Service Station in Faringdon on February 20. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay compensation of £15 an a victim surcharge of £20.

James Gibbs, 28, of Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, admitted harassing a woman he was banned from contacting by a restraining order between November 29 and December 3, 2016. Ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
