Flood alerts are in place across the county after heavy rain - and more is set to fall in the coming days.
Thrupp has already been badly hit by flooding after pictures on Twitter showed the car park next to Annie's Tea Rooms and Thrupp Canoe and Kayak Hire Centre under water.
The Environment Agency said water levels on the River Thames in the Oxford area had been slowly rising after recent rainfall and snow melt.
It issued an alert to expect flooding of low lying land, such as Kings Lock, New Botley and Godstow Lock.
The area around Botley Road could also be affected.
Eynsham Lock and surrounding areas could also be affected as the problem stretches towards West Oxfordshire.
The River Evenlode from Moreton in Marsh to Cassington and also the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock could also be affected.
Another warning has been issued for the River Cherwell from Lower Heyford down to Oxford - with Heyford Bridge and Thrupp at particular risk from flood waters.
The River Ock from Watchfield to Abingdon, and also the Letcombe Brook at Wantage, Grove and East Hanney could be hit by flooding.
