ALLIE-DEL MOORE, 45, of Enstone, Oxfordshire, admitted drink-driving in Enstone on February 6. Had 113mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JACK MURPHY, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a bottle of Courvoisier cognac valued at £27.50 from Marks and Spencer, Witney on February 27. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

CARL AUSTIN, 30, of Brome Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on February 8 at Witney. Had with 49mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

NAQASH HUSSAIN, 28, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so as well as driving a vehicle without third party insurance or a valid driving licence on August 25 at Banbury. He was fined a total of £290 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ADRIATIK SALLA, 32, of Edward Street, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis to police on February 10 at Banbury police station. He was fined £266 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

AILA HARRIS, 29, of Evenlode Close, Bicester convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on November 25. She was fined £108 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £400 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RICHARD JAKEMAN, 44, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, admitted stealing food from Farmfoods, Calthorpe Street, on January 16 valued at £22.75. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

TOM STEELE, 20, of Baker Road, Abingdon, admitted driving above the legal drug limit on November 16 at the M40 Oxfordshire with 479 ug/litre of cocaine in his blood, as well as possession of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 40 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

BRANDON MCELVAINE, 27, of Freemans Road, Banbury, admitted failing to stop after a road accident at Bloxham Road, Banbury, on November 4 after causing damage to two vehicles and drink-driving with 105mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order to include 180 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 25 months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

TEREZA BERNERTOVA, 24, of Bodley Road, Oxford, admitted to drink-driving in Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, on January 12. Had 89mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £400, victim surcharge £40 and costs £85. Banned from driving for 22 months.

RIMVYDAS MAZEIKA, 20, of Druce Way, Oxford, admitted to being drunk and disorderly in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, and committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence on January 13. Prison sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 15 months. Fined £40, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85.

TRISTAN PATTINSON, 28, of no fixed abode, admitted to possessing cannabis, a controlled Class B drug, at Abingdon Police Station, in Colwell Drive, on January 27. Fined £40 and victim surcharge £30.

JAY SHERIDAN REYNOLDS, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted to damaging a man’s Ford Kuga, valued at £2,000, and possessing a knife in a public place in Abingdon on January 27. Jailed for six months. Compensation £500.

AJAMTHAM SATGUMAN, 26, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted to selling a vehicle subject to an unpaid finance agreement to gain £3,800 for himself on August 3, 2016. 80 hours of unpaid work, victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

DARREN WIGGINS, 46, of Upper Field, Chinnor, admitted to breaching a restraining order by harassing a woman in December. Restraining order reinstated. Rehabilitation activity requirement. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

SAMI ALFAYTORI, 37, of Cowgate, Edinburgh, Scotland, admitted to driving while banned on the A34 in Chilton on July 14, 2015, and failing to attend court on July 31, 2015. Fined £380, victim surcharge £38 and costs £85. Banned from driving for six months.

MATTHEW THOMAS BAGNALL-NEVERS, 28, of Nye Bevan Close, Cowley, Oxford, admitted to trespassing in Pure Gym, Oxford, with intent to steal on January 4; trespassing at a property in Cowley Road with intent to steal on on January 16; and possessing cannabis and heroin, a Class B and Class A drug respectively, in New College Lane on January 27 . Drug rehabilitation requirement of six months. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

ALAN JENSEN, 56, of Millington Road, Wallingford, admitted to receiving stolen joints of meat to the value of £592.95 in Millington Road on January 14. 60 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge £85 and costs £85.

JOSE RAMON PHILLIPS, 56, of Scrutton Close, Oxford, admitted to assault by beating a woman in Lime Walk, Oxford, and breaching a criminal behaviour order on December 2; possessing a knife in Boulter Street, Oxford on December 9; and failing to attend Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 12. Jailed for eight months.

PETER JOHN ENGLAND, of Temple Road, Oxford, admitted to driving at 38mph in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, a 30mph zone, on July 4. Fined £220, victim surcharge £30 and costs £85. Three penalty points.
