DENNY BRENT CLEMENTS, 24, of Whittington Place, Carterton, was convicted of speeding at 85mph in a 50mph zone on the Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford on August 16. Fined £300, must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

STEPHEN THOMAS, 59, of Apple Down, Didcot admitted speeding at 52mph in a 30mph zone on the A33 Relief Road, Reading on November 30. Fined £400, must pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

KAREN LARA LEWIS, 48, of Hendred Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 40mph zone in Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill on August 31. Fined £111, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

IULIAN MANEA, 23, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury was convicted of speeding at 84mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 near Great Milton. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

WAYNE EARNEST MCDOWELL, 35, of Caernarvon Way, Banbury, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury on September 3. Fined £166, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

AMANDA JAYNE MURRAY, 47, of Inkerman Close, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between November 14 and December 12. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MARK NICHOLSON, 58, of Heyford Hill Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between November 7 and December 5. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ARKADIUSZ CICHECKI, 31, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Ermont Way, Banbury on December 8. Fined £660, must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

MARK JAMES SHELDON, 39, of Trefoil Place, Oxford was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 5 and October 3. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. Disqualified for six months.

MATTHEW ROY TUSTAIN, 26, of Coltsfoot Square, Oxford was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Hilltop Road, Oxford on November 8. Fined £660, must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified for six months.

RICHARD JOHN GLOVER, 63, of The Gables, Newington, admitted drink driving in New Road, Shillingford on February 11. Had 281mlg in 100ml of blood, exceeding the limit of 80mlg. Disqualified from driving for 30 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.

PAUL TAYLOR, 57, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle on a public road with third party insurance on November 4 at Hennef Way, Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALEXANDER BURROWS, 50, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing shoes valued at £14 from Primark, Oxford, on April 5. He was banned from entering Primary for three months and must pay compensation of £14.

ANALISE COPESTAKE, 31, of Thorney Lees, Witney, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty at Park Road, Witney, and at Banbury police station on April 4 as well as breaching a suspended sentence. She was jailed a total of 12 weeks and must pay compensation of £150.

MICHAEL JONES, 32, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order on April 4 at Oxford. He was jailed for 28 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

STUART PALMER, 36, of Hill Piece, Chilton, Didcot, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 18 at Didcot as well as driving without insurance. Had 213 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and is disqualified from driving for three years.

LISA STEVENS, 34, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements by keeping in touch. She was jailed for 14 days.

STUART NICHOLSON, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting three men and a woman as well as using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and stealing food valued at £10 at Sainsbury’s, St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on April 4. He was jailed for a total of 22 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £200.

STEPHEN OTTO, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing Prada perfume valued at £83.70 from John Lewis, Westgate Centre, Oxford, on March 31. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

LUCA HEADFORD, 21, of Wrightson Close, Horspath, Oxford, was convicted of two counts of assaulting two men on December 25 at Bullingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £400 and must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £620.

JOHN JOYCE, 20, of Old Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, admitted stealing lighters and cigarette papers from Uni Food and Wine, Oxford, on August 19 and breaching a suspended sentence. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £250.
