OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

RICHARD HABGOOD, 55, of Hyde Road, Denchworth, was convicted of speeding at 103mph in a 70mph zone in the A420 at Cumnor on October 31. Fined £700, must pay a £70 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

KANE JACKSON, 19, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to obey a no entry sign while riding a bicycle in Howard Street, Oxford on November 8. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LAURENCE RICHARD MAY, 37, of Clover Place, Oxford was convicted of driving without a licence in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 15. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

GEORGE MYNEHAN, 58, of Brent Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of drink-driving in Abingdon Road, Didcot, on December 26. Had 51mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £420. Disqualified for 12 months.

SIDRA RANI, 31, of Avenue Road, Banbury, admitted failing to stop after a road accident, failing to report an accident and driving without due care and attention in Cherwell Street, Banbury, on January 13. Fined £185, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JUSTIN TRAVIS SMITHWICK, 43, of Whittons Close, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Broad Street, Oxford on January 9. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

DANIEL CLIFFORD, 38, of Coltsfoot Leyes, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 28 and October 26 in Banbury. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

CALLUM GOMM, 19, of Knights Road, Oxford, was convicted of possessing a knife blade in Oxford on June 16. A community order was made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

JAY JOHNSON, 29, of The Causeway, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to a glass window worth £343.06 at Eurobar, Oxford, on August 3. Fined £337, must pay £200 compensation, a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85.

RYAN HAYES, 19, of Harolde Close, Barton, admitted harassing a woman causing her to fear violence in Oxford on March 18. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 24 months. Must attend building better relationships classes and was given a restraining order not to contact the woman until October 2019. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Lester MCCALLA, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a Ralph Lauren jumper valued at £119 on January 30 from John Lewis at the Westgate Centre, Oxford, as well as going equipped for theft with a roll of tin foil and a chill bag. He was jailed for six weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

Stephen DARE, 50, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour at Gloucester Green, Oxford, on April 11. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Joanna CONWAY, 40, of Tyndale Place, Wheatley, was convicted of failing to notify South Oxfordshire District Council of a change of circumstances for entitlement of council tax benefit between August 12, 2011, and April 1, 2013, and housing benefit between August 12, 2011, and August 15, 2016, by failing to disclose earnings through working. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300.

JANET MILLIKIN, 61, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted damaging a table and bag of dog food valued at £13.61 belonging to Abivale Vets and using threatening, abusive words or behaviour at The Surgery, Vineyard, Abingdon, on March 29. She was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £13.61.

ROLLO PINHOL, 20, of Didcot Road, Harwell, admitted driving without third party insurance on March 29 at Didcot. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

STEPHEN WILSON, 47, of Southfield Road, Oxford, admitted stealing fragrances valued at £94 from TK Maxx, Oxford, on December 18 as well as stealing memory cards from valued at £64 from Boots, Oxford, and more memory cards valued at £84.99 from Boots, Oxford, on January 10. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85.

DAVID LAZELLE, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying a window at Argos, Oxford, on March 27 as well as failing to surrender into custody. He must pay compensation of £300 and was fined £75.

RICHARD WARNER, 48, of no fixed abode, admitted harassment without violence on a woman at Lincoln Road, Oxford, between February 14 and April 11. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85

BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

ALEXANDER COLSON, 33, of Farmfield Close, Banbury, admitted six counts of breaching a restraining order against a woman between September 24 and November 26 at Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and participation in the Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and is subject to a restraining order.

NICHOLAS PEARCE, 34, of Wilsham Road, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man at Butchers Row, Banbury, as well as damaging a phone on handset and driving above the legal alcohol limit on March 30. Had 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also admitted another count of driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 21 at North Barr Street, Banbury, with 43mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath as well as resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. He was made subject to a community order to include a six-week overnight curfew and 15 days of a rehabilitation activity requirement. He must also pay compensation totalling £125 and was disqualified from driving for three years.

MYLES WILKINSON, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted handling stolen goods on June 28 at Banbury as well as breaching a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include 40 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JACEK KILISZEWSKI, 24, of Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on March 24 at Banbury. He was fined £300 and must pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

NATHAN MOREBY, 34, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend supervision requirements on November 27 and December 6 and failing to attend drug rehabilitation requirement on December 7. He was fined £100.

ALLAN COOPER, 40, of Orchard Lane, Caversfield, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph area at Middleton Stoney on August 18. He was fined £125 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

VINCENT GARDNER, 52, of Pauling Road, Headington, admitted speeding by driving 61mph in a 30mph area at Middleton Stoney on September 16. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ADAM SWEETINGHAM, 32, of Worcester Road, Banbury, admitted speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, on March 6, and again by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area at Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, on March 10. He was fined a total of £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for two years.

THOMAS BOYCE, 30, of Friar’s Hill, Wroxton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 4 at Stratford Road, Banbury. Had 61mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KAROLY HORVATH, 33, of Wetherby Road, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 7 at Bicester. Had 70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £254 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

PAWEL SKINDZIER, 38, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted failing to require with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 13 and 20. He was fined £100 and ordered to continue.

FRANCIS CUNNINGHAM, 48, of Insall Road, Chipping Norton, admitted assaulting a woman on April 9 at Chipping Norton. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

OLIVER THOMSON, 19, of George Street, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage to hair straighteners and a mobile phone charger valued at £55 at Prescott Avenue, Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £100 and compensation of £50.

ZIWANDE KARUNGAIRE, 43, of Oakwood Drive, London, admitted trespassing on the railway and being drunk and disorderly at Banbury Railway Station on March 30. He was fined a total of £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.
