Murder trial postponed

THE trial of Thame man Ensar Gol, 22, who denies murdering his wife and mother-in-law and attempting to murder a family friend was postponed yesterday.

Gol, of Ireton Court, denies murdering Julia Sahin and Michaela Gol and attempting to murder Casey Wilson in the town on September 4 last year.

Defence barrister Richard Benson applied at Oxford Crown Court for more time to prepare his client’s case.

The trial will now start no sooner than May 23.
