GROVE Scout Group was handed nearly £500 to buy new camping kitchen equipment.
The Midcounties Co-operative donated the money to meet its "social responsibility goals".
The group applied for the money to buy new and replacement camping kitchen equipment suitable for use by the youngest scouts in the group, the Beavers and Cubs.
Scout leader Andrew Shapland said: "Having taken over only recently as the Group Scout Leader at Grove, I couldn't have been more delighted to find the generous Midcounties Co-op grant waiting for me."
