UPDATE: A420 crash

POLICE say they do not know how long the A420 will be closed following a crash this evening.

Diversions have been put in place following the smash between two cars.

The accident took place by the Little Chef restaurant near Buckland at about 5pm.

The road has been closed between the Buckland crossroads and the Pusey turn off.

Police said ambulance crews were at the scene and those injured were being treated.

They were said by officers to be breathing and conscious but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
