A 19-year-old accused of causing the collision that killed schoolgirl Liberty Baker will return to court on March 6.
Robert Blackwell, of Hayway Lane, Weald, near Bampton, was charged on November 8 of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He appeared at Oxford Crown Court today but offered no plea.
His case was adjourned until March 6 for a plea and case management hearing at Oxford Crown Court.
Liberty, of Thorney Leys, Witney, died on June 30 when she was struck by a car which mounted the kerb in Curbridge Road.
Two other 14-year-old girls, who attended Henry Box School with Liberty, and a man were also injured in the incident.
