A CCTV image of the man police want to question
A CCTV image has been released of a man police want to speak to in connection with an incident of outraging public decency.
Thames Valley Police said the incident took place on an S1 Stagecoach bus between Oxford and Witney on Tuesday, November 11, last year, at about 5.20pm.
It said a 17-year-old girl was sitting on the top deck of the bus when a man sat next to her and touched himself inappropriately.
The incident happened between Farmoor and Witney, police said.
Officers want to speak to the man, who was wearing a dark hat, green anorak and black faded jeans.
