BOND fans have been shaken not stirred after trying to get a glimpse of star Daniel Craig.

As revealed in Tuesday’s Oxford Mail film crews have been spotted at Blenheim Palace in Woodstock. There were rumours they were filming the latest James Bond film with sports cars seen on site and pictures showing 007 crew badges tweeted.

It’s understood one of the car chases for the 24th Bond movie Spectre was being filmed at the palace after complications in Rome.

Yesterday people nearby said Daniel Craig had been seen filming.

Andrew Davy, 47, from Yarnton, said that Mr Craig had been on the site filming a casino scene.

He said: “I’ve been told they had been filming for three nights and that Daniel Craig had been on set and was transported by a blackout car so that photographs couldn’t be taken. They had the cranes up and there seemed to be a lot of activity going on.”

Others said they had seen crews on site but a palace spokesman said they could not confirm or deny any filming had taken place.

Spectre is expected to be released on November 6.
