Man exposed himself to two women in the Waitrose car park in Witney
A MAN exposed himself to two women in the Waitrose car park in Witney on Monday.
Police said he was in a car at the Woolgate Shopping Centre when he exposed himself about 12.50pm.
He was driving around the car park, slowing down to drive past the two women as they walked back to their vehicle.
The man is believed to be in his late thirties or early forties, mixed race and with stubble.
He was driving a dark blue Volkswagen Passat and police said after leaving the car park he headed towards
Bridge Street.
