Witney homes bid refused by council
Plans for new homes to be built near a school in Curbridge Road have been refused on the grounds of style and design.
Planners at West Oxfordshire District Council decided to refuse the application for 44 flats in two buildings on the site of Astall House, in Curbridge Road.
There were 60 objections against plans as residents believed the scheme would make the nearby road more dangerous.
