Silverware stolen after house burgled in Bampton
Burglars made off with silverware after breaking into a property in Bushey Row in Bampton last night.
Between 10pm and 11.30pm on Monday night the thieves forced their way in through a back window and searched the kitchen.
They stole candlesticks, tumblers, a salt cellar and spoons before leaving through a side door.
According to Thames Valley Police a high-performance vehicle was heard outside at the time of the burglary.
