Homes in Witney hit by power cut
HOMES in Witney have had their power restored after an outage earlier today.
Some residents in the town lost power at about 3.30pm and were reportedly told by provider SSE that it could be restored by 4.30pm.
But the company also said if the problem was more serious the outage could last until 6.30pm.
Power was restored at about 5.30pm.
