BLENHEIM Palace has scooped a top prize at the 2017 UK Wedding Awards.
The palace in Woodstock won in the Best Stately Home Venue category as the winners were announced yesterday.
Hiring out the famous Orangery at the palace can cost upwards of £7,000 at a weekend.
And the Palace and State Rooms complete with stunning portraits, tapestries and furniture can be hired for a wedding - at a cost of £33,000.
The West Oxfordshire palace beat Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire, Botleys Mansion in Surrey, Gosfield Hall in Sussex, Brympton House in Somerset, Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Marlow-on-Thame and Holkham Hall in Norfolk.Hotel and Spa in Marlow-on-Thame and Holkham Hall in Norfolk.
