A MAN grabbed a woman in a Kidlington alleyway and flashed her.

Police are trying to trace the man after the 'distressing' sex assault, which happened at 4.50pm on Friday.

The victim, who is in her late 20s, was walking on a footpath between Oxford Road and Crown Road when the man yanked her arm from behind.

As she turned around he then exposed himself before fleeing.

He is described as a white man in his late 50s, about 5ft 8ins tall, and of a medium build.

Investigating officer, PC Sharon Harris of Bicester Investigation Hub, said: "This has been a very distressing incident for the victim and she is being supported by the investigation team at this time."

Police said the man had broad shoulders, shaved hair and dark stubble.

He was wearing a faded denim jacket, a light-coloured sweatshirt, faded denim jeans and a light brown leather belt with a bronze buckle.
