Big backing for recycling plans

CHIPPING NORTON: Nearly 100 per cent of people have backed plans for a new household recycling centre in West Oxfordshire.
West Oxfordshire District Council wants to develop a household recycling centre at Greystones, a former council depot on the outskirts of Chipping Norton.
A planning application will be submitted in the autumn.
