Banbury Under 15s celebrate winning the Oxfordshire League Division 1 title
BANBURY secured the Oxfordshire Under 15 League Division 1 title with a 42-0 home victory over Chinnor.
The match went ahead after some concerted efforts to clear the snow and Banbury made the most of the opportunity.
Wing George Grieve and flanker Pascal Hardy scored try doubles, while captain Jake Anderson, prop William Beament and centre Caleb Shepherd also notched.
Jack Briggs slotted a penalty and a conversion, with Luca Catania also converting one.
Banbury’s youth chairman Chris White presented the trophy on behalf of Oxfordshire RFU.
