East Oxford CC have won a victory off the pitch after an appeal hearing overturned the Oxfordshire Cricket Association's decision to throw them out.
The club's application for 2007 was unanimously rejected by the OCA executive committee earlier this month.
But an appeal panel unanimously agreed not to uphold the OCA's decision after a marathon five-hour hearing at headington on Tuesday The OCA had turned down East Oxford's application on three grounds.
