SAM Heath won the Grade 4 14 & under boys’ singles event at Abingdon’s White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre.
Heath, from Botley, came out on top in a tournament which saw four Oxfordshire players reach the semi-finals.
Sam Christie (Goring) beat Louis Manson (Oxford) in one last-four match, while Heath overcame Ben Charlesworth (Abingdon).
Heath then saw off Christie 4-1, 4-2 in the final.
Manson enjoyed a successful weekend, winning the Pershore Grade 4 the following day.
The Oxford player defeated Claes Sjoborg (London) 4-2, 1-4 and 10-7 in a final-set tie-break.
Both Heath and Manson now qualify for the Grade 3 event in Warwick in January.
