PETE Wilson was left highly satisfied after Witney’s home victory over Maidenhead.
Witney’s head coach said: “We had their coach coming up to us after the game to say that was an outstanding performance and one of the best they have faced this season.
“That is great to hear. Our defence was good and so was our discipline.
“Hopefully we can keep pushing on from this win.
“Maidenhead had their moments in the forwards, but we held our own.
“Our backline are clicking now and we are getting a whole team performance.”
