OXFORD City Stars will be hoping to make the most of home advantage in the English National League South Division 2 Cup final weekend, starting today.
Stars host Wightlink Tigers in the semi-finals at 5.15pm today, followed by Chelmsford Warriors taking on Bristol Pitbulls (8.15).
Oxford, who are also chasing the league title, qualified as Group B winners, ahead of Bristol.
The final takes places at Oxpens Ice Rink tomorrow at 6pm.
If matches finish level at full time, a five-minute sudden-death overtime period will follow.
Should that fail to separate the sides, matches will be resolved by a best-of-three penalty competition and then sudden death.
Stars have never played a competitive game in overtime in their 29-year history.
On-the-door ticket prices are: £15 adult/£7.50 under 16s for the full weekend, £12/£6 for Saturday and £8/£4 for Sunday.
