Dave Noake lifted the Gentworks Oxford & District League’s Walt Bradbury Trophy after a thrilling final.
Noake’s clash with Warren Eels went down to the black in their final frame before he edged it 56-54.
Eels had taken frame one 74-28 thanks to a 35-break and compiled a 29 in frame two.
But a 22-break helped Noake clinch that 63-39.
Earlier Noake had beaten Lewis Moss 2-0 in the semi-finals, while Eels overcame Frankie Merola 2-1.
