Alan Jarvis, who is based at Twyford, near Bicester, will have his appeal against the British Horseracing Authority’s decision that he is no longer a suitable person to hold a training licence heard on Tuesday, May 13.
The 75-year-old handler, who was declared bankrupt last September, has been operating for the past four weeks under a temporary licence, which has been extended to the date of his appeal hearing.
