Captain Andy Harris says Great & Little Tew will look to the talents of former Penrith all-rounder Matthew Clark as they seek to improve on the sixth-place finish they posted on their Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League Division 2 debut last season.
They also have high hopes for talented 14-year-old batsman Jordan Garrett and 18-year-old left-arm seamer Lawrence Brock.
Garrett recently hit a half-century on his Second XI Championship debut for Gloucestershire 2nd against Surrey 2nd at Bristol.
Brock, meanwhile, will be aiming to fill the gap in the new ball attack left by seamer Liam Manley, who has returned to Banbury.
IN: Matthew Clarke (Penrith).
OUT: Liam Manley (Banbury).
