Bicester-based Major Motorsport made a winning debut in the British Rally Championship.
Gus Greensmith drove the Ford Fiesta R1 to victory in the BRC3 class at the Pirelli Rally in the gravel event based in Carlisle.
Greensmith, 17, from Manchester, and co-driver Carl Williamson dominated the class from the start.
By the end of the first day they were leading by more than three minutes, and lying 11th overall.
Day two saw the crew extend their advantage to more than five minutes, and move up to eighth overall.
It was the first time a new team had won the class on their first outing.
Greensmith picked up maximum points to take the lead in the Junior British Rally Championship as well as the BRC 3 class.
