Berinsfield ABC are staging the first round of the England Boxing Development Championships tomorrow.
Two members of the host club will be in action in the event, which was formerly called the Senior Novices Championships.
Joe Fisher competes in the class A under 10 bouts, at under 75kg, with Tomas Rysakovas in the class B under 20 bouts at under 57kg.
Three of the club’s female junior boxers are also in action.
Chloe Gorringe takes on Stratford’s Molly Perkins, the reigning junior champion, while Harriet Healey and Georgina White face their first bouts.
Eamon Mcdonagh joins the support bouts, along with Mark Goddard, Mattie Mcdonagh.
Boxing starts at 3pm with tickets £10 for adults and £6 for OAPs and under 15s.
