Oxfordshire Under 17s kicked off their season with an emphatic 19-1 win against Gloucestershire in the Shires County League at Bartholomew School, Eynsham.
The hosts won all the singles, mixed and boys doubles, dropping just one girls doubles rubber and a total of three sets.
They continue their campaign against Dorset at the same venue on Sunday (10am).
Meanwhile, Jamie Cackett, of Abingdon, won a brace of medals at the Somerset Under 15 bronze tournament held at Wellington School.

The Larkmead schoolboy, won the boys singles, beating Rory Farwell, of Avon, 21-17 in the final.
He then partnered Farwell to a silver medal in the boys doubles competition losing a tight final 21-19 to the top seeds from Avon.
At the same tournament, Bronwynn Ready, of Long Wittenham, and partner Maisie Marriott, from Didcot, won a bronze medal in the girls doubles.
