HOLTON A took up their usual position at the head of affairs after opening their Division 1 campaign with a 9-1 win over Forum C.
Andy Misseldine, Darren Palmer and Mark Scott completed a clean sweep of the singles.
Vikings B head Division 2 after defeating their C team 7-3.
Thomas Bowden shone for the losers, seeing off Eamonn Deeley and Paul Borrowdale and then pairing up with Huw Morgan to take the doubles 12-10 to earn them a well-deserved point.

Vikings A were held to a draw by Forum D, for whom Pascal Larousse scored a full house of victories.
Julian Lawton Smith came closest to stopping Larousse, but just missed out at 14-12 in the decider.
Begbroke A beat Bicester B 7-3, with maximums for Paul Humphrey and Janet Brown.
Forum F beat Forum G 8-2 to stay top of Division 3, thanks to the efforts of Brian Jermyn and Fabian Audifferen.
In Division 4, Begbroke B relieved Forum H of pole position after beating Bicester E 9-1.
