Vikings B opened up a two-point lead at the top of Division 2 by beating Forum D 6-4, thanks to a maximum for Eamonn Deeley.
This came as Vikings A suffered their first defeat of the season, losing 6-4 to Forum E.
Nick Langley was Forum’s chief tormentor, but he was well supported by Pichitpong Juiwong and Brian Jermyn.
Forum F strengthened their grip on Division 3 by beating Holton B 7-3.
Full houses for Brian Jer-myn and Fabian Audifferen dented Holton’s challenge.
Mike Jobling led Bicester C to a 7-3 victory over Forum G.
Despite a Dave Kay maximum, Vikings D held Gladiators B to a 5-5 draw by winning the last doubles game 12-10.
