North Oxford remain top of the Thames Valley Winter League Men’s Premier Division after thumping their B team 8-0.

They were, however, unable to pull clear of their closest rivals, and last year’s winners, Oxford Sports, who also enjoyed an 8-0 victory over Norham Gardens.

At the halfway stage of the season, the title decider looks to be the February 8 clash between the two teams.

North Oxford B were held to a 4-4 draw against Faringdon in Ladies’ Division 2.
