Albie and Maisie Marriott with their gold medals
Didcot siblings Albie Marriott and Maisie Marriott returned from Devon with gold medals after competing in separate events.
Albie won the boys singles in the under 13 bronze tournament, defeating top seed Nick Jones (Devon) 21-6 in the semi-final and another host county player Edwin Choi 21-15 in the final.
His sister Maisie played in the under 15 bronze tournament, winning the girls doubles with Eve Chillcott (Avon), beating Anna Gorham (Avon) and Cara Collins (Cornwall) 21-16 in the final.
Oxfordshire’s under 17 team maintained their unbeaten record in the Shires League with a 16-4 win at Worcestershire.
