STEVE Johnson’s expertise at Tunnel Barn Farm again shone through when he won the first round of Yarnton & District’s Summer League.
Johnson emerged the winner against nine rivals, catching a mixed bag of silvers and F1’s on pellet for 33lb 5oz.
New member David Mitchel came second, catching carp on pellet and corn for 26.6.0, while Andy Wiffin completed the podium with 24.0.0.
