RED Bull KTM Factory Racing rider Bradley Smith knows he needs a strong result at this weekend’s San Marino MotoGP.
The 26-year-old, from Forest Hill, is fully aware he must improve if he is to keep his ride for 2018, with teammate Pol Espargaro and test rider Mika Kallio performing strongly.
And he returns to the scene of his greatest MotoGP success at Misano where he came second for the Yamaha Tech3 team in 2015.
While a podium is out of the question, Smith will be at least eyeing a points finish with the Austrian-based team.
