OXFORDSHIRE Under 18s maintained their unbeaten record in the Shires League, but only just after being held to a 10-10 draw by Berkshire at Reading.
Safa Khimji won all four of her matches, as Oxon girls took seven of their eight games.
Oxon Under 16s crashed 19-1 to leaders Hampshire at Winchester.
Jason Ou, from Oxfordshire, continued to catch the eye, winning two medals in the Hertfordshire Under 13 gold tournament at Hatfield.
After taking a silver in the boys’ singles, he won a bronze in the boys’ doubles.
In the Herefordshire Under 19 bronze tournament, Maisie Marriott and Bronwynn Ready won the girls’ doubles title for the fourth year in a row, winning the final 21-18, 21-l8.
There were bronze medals for Luke Backley and James Moreton-Smith in the boys’ doubles and for Khimji in the mixed doubles.
