AFTER two contrasting results, supporters are wondering which Oxfordshire team will turn up for their third Middleton Cup clash against Surrey at Oxford City & County on Saturday.

The side recovered from their heavy opening defeat against Kent, by trouncing Sussex 142-91 a fortnight ago.

Despite that success, Oxon make four changes.

Headington’s Nathan Lewis replaces Paul Mabbutt in the rink skipped by Paul Sharman – the only one to lose against Sussex.

Bradley Squires (West Witney) comes in for Mick Nash in Nick Rae-Welsh’s rink.

In Mark Charlett’s four, Jason King replaces Headington clubmate Gary May, who switches to Baden Sparkes’s rink, displacing Paul Robbins.

Oxon will need another big success if they are to keep the pressure on South B Group leaders Berkshire.
