MILES Welch-Hayes is pictured with the Kevin Durham Memorial Cup at the Kassam Stadium before Oxford United’s game with Gillingham last weekend.
The skilful and energetic youngster, who plays for United’s under 16 centre of excellence side, was given the award after being chosen as the U’s most promising schoolboy footballer.
The trophy is named after a well-known local footballer, who died in 1991 on the eve of his first season as a professional.
