  • "Wish folk would read - even my boring stuff- I was not bragging about United's ground - I was retorting to your man's 'jibe' - it is big enough even if we get into Div Three and thus is more than adequate for Div Four . Please note that he (isn't he quiet on my response) was the one who introduced the "history" element ("NO history" was his risible assessment) . Yes, Swindon have dominated (except in results of the matches) for far too many years - and their ground is adequate for them next season. I will not be responding to those who misinterpret things. I remember cheering Swindon's great side through all the rounds to Wembley in 68-69 - happy days - but for me, nowhere near as happy as the three seasons 83-86"
