- Good morning - Oxford United made it five losses on the bounce with Saturday's home defeat against Bradford. Over to you to give your thoughts
11:35am
We'll see you again ahead of kick off on Saturday at Rotherham. Thanks everyone
11:35am
@MylesOUFC @AndrewRansley A good call. Right, think we may draw it to a close. #oufc have problems but perhaps last 10m shown no easy answer
11:34am
@dikko17 I see your logic
11:30am
@MylesOUFC @AndrewRansley Would United look more secure with 4-4-2 and better going forward?
11:30am
@dikko17 I think many would like to see Leven starting
11:30am
@OUFCGoldenBoy Very much so. You can't give goals like they did on Saturday otherwise you're always on a hiding to nothing
11:30am
@Mitcheast1 Two losses would be a record
11:30am
@creashor I'm not sure it's apathy - it's perhaps a sign that the fix is not that easy to nail. And it's not David today, apologies chaps
11:29am
@OxfordMailOUFC if Harry is fit he has to play
— @AndrewRansley 24 September 2012
11:28am
@OxfordMailOUFC The tactics, though CW said they will change. Cant see anything gained at Rotherham, but CW cant have more than 2 games left
— @Mitcheast1 24 September 2012
11:28am
@OxfordMailOUFC hopefully jake back in midfield will be huge lift, levin must be coming close, things will get better,
— @dikko17 24 September 2012
11:25am
@OxfordMailOUFC The apathy at commenting on the upcoming game tells you all you need to know David.
— @creashor 24 September 2012
11:24am
@OxfordMailOUFC a change must be made forget promotion under wilder can't see where the next win is coming from his style of football poor
— @oufctelboy 24 September 2012
11:24am
@OxfordMailOUFC my first away this weekend and got feeling we will win it, we are capable of back to back wins now and that will lift us
— @AndrewRansley 24 September 2012

One more defeat (please no) to equal our all time League record of six consec league losses - but the last 6 included Moanurenited and the great Liverpool side - 1987-88

Awful performance! No ideas and no pride. Can't score goals and can't defend. May as well send the youth team, they can't do no worse. Andy Melville also needs a kick up the rear and he is our defensive coach.

Mind you , we equalled a record on Sat - no open play shot on goal in a home League game. Even Kemp's sides usually did better
11:23am
Last 10 minutes then - let's look at the game coming. Short sharp suggestions to get that win... and would one win turn it around?
11:21am
@JamesPitt85 That's the real worry - look how detached they are now. Hopefully the four at the bottom on <5 points will stay down there
11:21am
@alanbaker_ Then would getting rid of the manager actually see a proper turnaround?
11:20am
@oufctelboy Anyone else agree?
11:20am
Last 10 minutes then - let's look at the game coming. Short sharp suggestions to get that win... and would one win turn it around?
11:19am
@andywilmer @OUFCGoldenBoy How would you set the side up then?
11:16am
RT @MylesOUFC: @OxfordMailOUFC Only 3 of the 11 from Sat could be considered "new". The blip is the 3 wins at start of season. Long term ...
— @creashor 24 September 2012
11:16am
@oxfordmailoufc Saturday was embarrassing poor tactics no passion he's a good conference manager but that's it
— @oufctelboy 24 September 2012
11:16am
@OxfordMailOUFC The squad fully fit is promotion material in my opinion. With injuries a top half side, not relegation rubbish.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
11:12am
@OxfordMailOUFC something has to be done. I don't know what. But quickly. We're falling like a stone.
— @JamesPitt85 24 September 2012
11:12am
@OxfordMailOUFC We've got three games coming up pretty quickly now. Rotherham, Wombles and GILLINGHAM. Lose those 3 surely is the end for CW
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
11:11am
@OxfordMailOUFC Trying to shoehorn the players he had available into 433 system didn't help. Should've looked at eg 442.
— @MylesOUFC 24 September 2012
11:11am
@OxfordMailOUFC job he did with cheltenham with a low budget
— @custhemoose 24 September 2012
11:11am
@OxfordMailOUFC Only 3 of the 11 from Sat could be considered "new". The blip is the 3 wins at start of season. Long term results been poor.
— @MylesOUFC 24 September 2012
11:03am
@OxfordMailOUFC he really is! He always comes out and says we need to turn things around but thats bloody obvious! only he can change that!
— @andywilmer 24 September 2012
11:02am
@OxfordMailOUFC Question is then, how long is IL prepared to wait before doing something?!?
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC I certainly wouldn't play Capaldi in midfield. Rigg Leven Cox and Potter would have worked.
— @andywilmer 24 September 2012
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC CW is far to blasé about results! Losing 5 games on the trot is abysmal form injuries or not! Things need to change
— @andywilmer 24 September 2012
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC Something is going on behind the scenes imo but it's all gone belly up since CW was linked to Coventry job.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
11:01am
@OxfordMailOUFC yes they have found he went to cov for a chat ! And i now that for a fact !! i would love to see steve Cotterill
— @custhemoose 24 September 2012
11:01am
@OUFCGoldenBoy @oxfordmailoufc agree we shouldn't have players at club who r just "cover" if they r considered that they shouldn't b at club
— @AndrewRansley 24 September 2012
10:52am
@OUFCGoldenBoy What would it take for him to turn this around for you. Do you give him any leeway given the injuries?
10:52am
@creashor Did you think the start to the season then was a false start and CW will not be able to turn this around?
10:52am
@MissSanders9 look forward to the Rotherham game then? What's your feeling?
10:51am
@andywilmer is everyone that fearful we could be in a relegation dogfight now - the table is a worrying sight today.
10:51am
@creashor Do you think the manager is really the issue? They started the season so well but do you believe a new man would solve all probs?
10:51am
@OUFCGoldenBoy The worrying thing was the general play, let alone only one shot on target and the defending on the goals.
10:51am
@TomThewlis It is an horrific run. What do you think the real problems are?
10:50am
@OxfordMailOUFC Don't say it often, but thank god I'm working this w/e! Don't know how I feel. Injuries have played a massive part but....
— @MissSanders9 24 September 2012
10:50am
@OxfordMailOUFC I try not to look at results over a short period of time either way. Trend under him is downward. Threw away last season.
— @creashor 24 September 2012
10:50am
@OxfordMailOUFC The chairman has to come out and make a statement about the current state of affairs. On and off the pitch!
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
10:50am
@OxfordMailOUFC Absolutely and for me it was clear CW has lost the dressing room. Sad to say I've seen it before with previous managers.
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
10:45am
@OxfordMailOUFC Yes I do. 5 wins in 24. Can't score. I like Wilder but his time is up. Nothing changes. He cannot adapt. Change necessary.
— @creashor 24 September 2012
10:45am
@OxfordMailOUFC before we know it we will be in a relegation battle and back in the conference!
— @andywilmer 24 September 2012
10:45am
@OxfordMailOUFC it was like watching the teddy bear you had as a kid getting ripped apart by next door neibours dog

wilder go please says
Please can anyone confirm wilder has gone.
Excuse after excuse is used game after game, for example injuries. EVERY team has injuries chris.
please go for the good of the club, you have no ideas tactically.
10:41am
@OxfordMailOUFC I will. That performance on Saturday can only be described as disturbing!!!
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
10:37am
@JackSimpson_93 We don't want to go straight into the negative, but you're right. It was the performance as much as the result.
10:36am
@OxfordMailOUFC I think the less said about how bad that was the better! Can't describe how fed up I am with #oufc at the moment.
— @TomThewlis 24 September 2012
10:36am
@OxfordMailOUFC Saturday was worse than the 4-0 defeat at Burton, nobody looked interested apart from Leven who tried to get them going.
— @JackSimpson_93 24 September 2012
10:34am
@OxfordMailOUFC The problem is if we wait until everyone is back to judge CW it could be too late. what do we do to pickup so many injuries?
— @OUFCJoe 24 September 2012
10:33am
@OxfordMailOUFC Wilder can blame injuries but that's no excuse for the players who did play looking clueless and unmotivated!
— @OUFCGoldenBoy 24 September 2012
10:33am
Good (?) morning. Who wants to kick if off today regarding United's defeat to Bradford on Saturday?
