WIGGINTON Grasshoppers FC Under-13s are sporting a new kit thanks to the fundraising efforts of staff at the Co-operative Food store in Ryedale Court, Haxby.
A total of £500 was donated following a series of events, including a cake sale, prize draws and a book bring-and-buy stall, alongside other in-store fundraising.
Team manager Chris Garrett said: “The team are thrilled with their new kit and training tops. Grants such as this are vital to us.”
