South African all-rounder Dean Conradie is set to make his first appearance for Horspath in a home friendly against Slough tomorrow (1pm).
The 22-year-old, who bowls off spin and bats right-handed, has joined the Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League newcomers from Christian Brothers College Old Boys CC, who play in the Northerns Premier League in Pretoria.
All-rounder Ayaz Khan, who took 10-35 for Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts in the Cherwell League in 2012, has joined from Cowley Internationals, while promising young batsman Luke Finch has moved from Oxford.
The side is led by Patrick Foster, with new skipper Will Eason sidelined with a broken bone and torn ligaments in his right foot, which are set to keep him out until later this month.
