Skipper Ian Crosby played the key role as Oxford signed off with a 23-run win at Gerrards Cross, who are relegated from Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League Division 1.
Crosby hit 68 off 74 balls, with seven fours and three sixes, as Oxford recovered from 106-7 to make 213 after electing to bat first.
Gerrards Cross were then bowled out for 190.
