Aston Rowant chairman Paul Humphreys is among three new directors co-opted on to the Oxfordshire Cricket Board.
Humphreys has been given the responsibility for club and competition development.
Tim Spittles, manager of Hawkwell House Hotel, Oxford, will be in charge of youth player pathway.
And Dave King, project director at Aston Martin and a member of Chipping Norton CC, will take charge of strategy, marketing, communications and fundraising.
The trio, who emerged from a short-list of five, start their roles with immediate effect, with their appointments set to be formalised at the annual meeting in December.
The OCB are now in the process of recruiting a third selector for the senior men’s team.
