Oxfordshire’S Jack Brooks failed to take a wicket as England Lions lost by six wickets against Bangladesh A in the first one-day game.

The tourists were all out for 139 in Chittagong.

Bangladesh A reached their target with ease, Brooks returning figures of 4-1-19-0.

Meanwhile, England’s batsmen struggled on the second day of their three-day warm-up game against an ICC Combined Associate and Affiliate XI in Dubai.

Only Alastair Cook (76) passed 20 as England declared on 185-8.

The ICC XI finished the day on 90-5, 186 ahead.
