FOOTBALL: Gee issues a plea for concentration

North Leigh manager Mark Gee says concentration will be the key when they travel to Yate Town in Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West tonight.

The Millers have not played since January 8 due to postponements, but Gee is hopeful the game will be on.

Reflecting on their inactivity, he added: “This has happened to us before and you find that concentration can go after about an hour, so it’s something you have to be wary about.”

North Leigh: from Warrell, Hole, Organ, Turk, Caton, Else, Bowles, McDonagh, Sanders, Hopkins, Brooks, Walcott, Brooks, Mills, Westlake, Alexis, Clark.

Didcot Town’s match at Mangotsfield United last night was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
