FOOTBALL: Ardley are held in derby

Ardley United lost ground on Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division leaders Marlow after being held to a 2-2 draw at Premier Division strugglers Kidlington on Saturday.
Ollie Stanbridge and Steve Howkins put Ardley in control, only for Jimmy Deabill and Ryan Curtin to salvage a point for the hosts.
Abingdon Town crashed 3-0 at Holyport. Strikes from Jamie Wright, Matt Rolfe and an own goal made up the home side’s tally.
Carterton kept up their recent good form in Division 1 West with a 3-1 home win against Letcombe, thanks to goals from Chris Mills, Jason Francis and James Fleming.
Alex Bruce replied for Letcombe from the penalty spot. Hook Norton lost 2-0 at Wootton Bassett Town for whom Steve Robertson and Shaun Terry netted.
Anaclet Odhiambo scored a hat-trick as AFC Hinkseyfought back to beat Penn & Tylers Green 3-2 at home in Division 1 East.
Jonathan Feaver and Josh Fox had put the visitors 2-0 up.
Chinnor beat bottom club Henley Town 2-1, with goals from Stuart Braun and Jamie Essex. Tom Sheppard replied.
Easington Sports went down 3-1 at home to Thatcham Town Res for whom Chris Raymond, Nikos Chrysikopoulos and Lee Hamilton all scored. Andrew Stidder replied.
